It is my great privilege to invite you to 2024 ICAO Legal Seminar, which will be jointly held by ICAO and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea (ROK) from 16 to 18 April, 2024.

ICAO Legal Seminar intends to provide a platform for global discussion and information sharing on major global aviation policies and air law, and to enhance collaboration between ICAO Member States, positioning itself as a leading academic event concerning international air law. The Seminar has been held by Korea every three years since 2006.

Marking its 7th anniversary, the Seminar will bring global aviation law experts together and offer them opportunities to share insights and experience through presentations and panel discussions which will be live streamed. It will also address how we can achieve further cooperation between global aviation stakeholders and efficient incorporation of international regulations into national law.

Over the years, Korea, together with ICAO, has achieved considerable and continuous advancement in the aviation industry. As always, the Republic of Korea will continue to contribute to the development of international aviation and lead the global efforts to facilitate aviation safety and sustainable growth of air transport in cooperation with ICAO Member States.

Once again, I cordially invite you to 2024 ICAO Legal Seminar to be held in Seoul, the city of innovation and culture, in the beautiful month of April.
